CORE Schematic   

CORE is an un-housed, general purpose PCB mounted node. It features:-

• The Full Core technology (less 8 Segment display)
• An E-Net Gateway port (Ethernet)
• The Full Peripheral Port
• Small size, 71 by 104 mm

Intended for customer specific embedded applications the Peripheral Technology Port is fully available. With the correct external circuitry any of the E-Node range of functions can be supported plus various combinations to suit customers requirements.

Programmed with Control-C and fully compatible with the entire E-Node range the Core may be employed in many applications including:-

• Embedded Networked Motion Control
• Low cost stand alone applications
• Deeply embedded applications
• Special 'add on' node designs

Supported peripherals

The Core can support the following peripherals via the Peripheral Technology Port.

• Up to 32 Digital Inputs
• Up to 32 Digital Outputs
• RS232/485 port
• Encoder Interface
• 4, 13 bit Analogue to Digital converter channels
• 4, 16 bit Digital to Analogue converter channels
• Serial Peripheral Interface devices - User selected
• Extended Main system memory
• Customer specific requirements
